General terms and conditions for booking and purchasing the accommodation services offered by SC. MRG ASSETS MANAGEMENT SRL

(MRG Apartments)

1. Preamble

This contract regulates the general terms and conditions regarding the reservation and purchase of accommodation services offered by MRG ASSETS MANAGEMENT SRL, a Romanian company, having its registered office in Bucharest, Sector 3, registered in the trade register under no. J40 / 407/2019, having CUI 40424846, e-mail referred to as “MRG Apartments”) applicable to all clients natural or legal persons;

The clauses provided in the GTC do not affect the rights of the parties to agree on (specific) Particular Conditions depending on the negotiation of the parties and the specific needs of each client.

In case of contradiction between the clauses existing in the TCG and the Particular Conditions, those existing in the Particular Conditions will prevail.

By making a reservation or by checking in at any of the accommodation units belonging to the hotel service provider SC MRG ASSETS MANAGEMENT SRL, the customer expressly accepts the TCG

The TCG clauses are drawn up in compliance with GEO no. 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers in the contracts concluded with the professionals.

2. Tariffs

All rates are expressed per night.

The rates can be changed at any time, the tariff increases not affecting the reservations already confirmed. Discounted rates may or may not affect confirmed bookings.

Increasing taxes and fees (VAT, hotel tax, etc.) or introducing new taxes and fees will have the effect of changing both the rates and the reservations already confirmed.

3. Making reservations

Reservations are considered:

any order sent through the following communication means or online booking means: e-mail, whatsapp, SMS, booking sites:,,,, to confirmation by MRG Apartments or from the email address;

4. Guarantee and payment of reservations

Reservations are considered guaranteed upon payment confirmation.

The payment of the reserved accommodation services can be made by card or by paying the proforma invoice.

a. In case of reservations made by telephone or e-mail:

– the guarantee of the reservation is made by the client by paying an advance equal to 50% of the value of the accommodation services, within a maximum of 24 hours (for reservations with at least 4 days on the check-in date), from the date of the reservation confirmation otherwise, the reservation will be canceled automatically;

– the guarantee of the reservation from MRG Apartments will be made after receiving by e-mail or SMS or Whatsapp message ( or +40 771 208 002), a proof of payment of the advance, sent by the client; the advance invoice issued by SC MRG ASSETS MANAGEMENT SRL after the payment confirmation guarantees the reservation.

b. In case of reservations made through the online booking platform from our own site:

– the guarantee of the reservation by the client can be made by card, after the automatic verification of the card data entered in the reservation form, with the deduction of the amount equivalent to 100% of the value of the accommodation services and the receipt from the MRG Apartments of the reservation confirmation issued automatically ( in real time);

The customer has the obligation to verify the details of the invoice before paying the value of the services. The payment made by the customer has the value of an express confirmation of the tax invoice, and any subsequent requests for modification will not be considered by MRG Apartments.

5. Cancellations / presentations / penalties

You can cancel free up to 30 days before arrival. You will be charged the full price of the reservation if you cancel within 30 days prior to arrival or if you do not show up at the property on the day of check-in until 22:00.

Non-presentation (or non-honored reservation) is the confirmed and canceled reservation after which the client did not arrive at the property on the set date, until 22:00. In case of not presenting the client to the property, he will pay a penalty equivalent to the full value of the accommodation services.

If the client wishes to cancel the reservation or leaves the reserved property before the day of check-out, he will not benefit from the refund of the value for the nights paid in advance and will not transfer the remaining nights for another period.

6. Arrival and departure

The accommodation is made from 14:00 and the rooms are delivered until 11:00 am at the latest.

The accommodation / access to the reserved property is made only on the basis of the identity document (identity card, passport, birth certificate for children) and a copy of the confirmation of the reservation or the invoice issued by the apartments offices.

7. Smoking:

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the block or apartments, except the balconies of the apartments and the outside spaces of the block arranged / equipped with ashtrays. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of RON 500.

MRG Apartments reserves the right to evict customers who do not comply with this obligation and to cancel their reservation without reimbursement of the amount paid.

8. Special needs:

Most of the accommodation spaces are also accessible to people with disabilities. Please contact us before booking if you are a person with special needs.

9. Pets

Access to pets is not permitted on the premises. MRG Apartments reserves the right to refuse the accommodation of guests with pets under the sanction of canceling the reservation and paying a penalty equivalent to 100% of the value of the accommodation services.

10. Protection of personal data:

SC MRG ASSETS MANAGEMENT SRL (MRG Apartments) complies with ethical and legal standards regarding the protection of personal data. Personal data is confidential, will never be provided to another person and / or company but is accessible to the authorities who have the right to verify commercial transactions or to other authorities in the right to carry out any justifications verified under the law. MRG Apartments may cancel without reservation the reservations made for which erroneous, false or stolen data have been entered.

MRG Apartments guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data of all clients. Personal data collected when making a reservation or for the purpose of providing tourism services will not be disclosed to third parties unless the obligations imposed by the legislation in force have to be respected.

Starting with May 25, 2018, the provisions of European Regulation 679/2016 regarding the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of these “data” (GDPR) have entered into force.

We want to inform you that the privacy policy of SC MRG ASSETS MANAGEMENT SRL complies with this regulation.

1. MRG ASSETS MANAGEMENT SRL processes your data in good faith, according to the provisions of the Regulation.

2. The information that MRG ASSETS MANAGEMENT SRL stores about you, as a customer, due to the products and services you have purchased, are strictly related to identification and contact, in order to develop the contractual relationship (eg first and last name) , CNP, address, telephone, e-mail address, etc.), for drawing up invoices, receipts or carrying out compulsory commercial operations, according to the legislation in force.

3. MRG ASSETS MANAGEMENT SRL is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of personal data.

4. The personal data of the clients do not and will not be the subject of transactions of MRG ASSETS MANAGEMENT SRL with third parties (natural or legal).

5. MRG ASSETS MANAGEMENT SRL, through the video surveillance system, processes your personal data regarding images.

The registered information is intended for use by the operator and is communicated only to the following recipients: central / local public authorities.

MRG ASSETS MANAGEMENT SRL respects the privacy rights of the persons whose data are processed, through the “Privacy Policy”, in order to inform on the way in which personal information is collected, used and processed.

11. Safety:

The blocks in which the accommodation spaces are located are monitored by video system.

MRG ASSETS MANAGEMENT SRL assumes no responsibility for forgotten, lost or supposedly stolen objects within the accommodation space of the block or in the parking lot.

MRG ASSETS MANAGEMENT SRL assumes no liability for any accidents or traumas that may occur due to improper use of spaces and facilities within the apartments.

12. Customer obligations

The client has the obligation to complete the accommodation form before the check-in time, otherwise MRG Apartments reserves the right to refuse the accommodation of the client.

The client has the obligation to check the inventory list upon arrival and the apartment will have to be delivered under the same conditions upon departure, otherwise the shortages or damage of the goods in the apartment will be borne by the client. If the inventory list is different from the inventory items present at the apartment, the client has the obligation to inform the reception regarding this aspect.

The client is liable for the damages caused, by fault or intent, to the other clients or to the staff, buildings, furniture and equipment of the apartments.

The client is responsible for informing and respecting the TCG for the entire duration of the stay.

13. Visitors:

Customers can receive visitors to the apartment between 09:00 and 22:00, at no additional cost, only after announcing MRG Apartments.

14. Conduct

MRG Apartments reserves the right to refuse the accommodation of clients who are intoxicated, unpolished, turbulent or who, by their attitude, cause harm of any kind or disturb other customers.

MRG Apartments reserves the right to select its guests.

15. Complaints

Complaints regarding the quality of the tourist services provided will be made on site, throughout the stay of tourists in the reserved property. Claims after the end of the stay will not be considered.

Applicable law. litigation

The rights and obligations of the parties provided by TCG, as well as all the legal effects that TCG produces, will be interpreted and governed in accordance with the Romanian legislation in force.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with the provision of the services forming the object of TCG will be settled by the competent Romanian courts.

15. Final provisions

MRG Apartments has the right to unilaterally modify TCG at any time

The modification of the TCG will be opposed to the customers from the date on which they were notified by any means (display, e-mail, etc.).

Changing TCG will not affect the rates in case of reservations already confirmed.
